\nAs a security measure networking in the mysql server has been disabled per
\ndefault, only localhost connections will work. This is because the mysql
\nroot user has no password in a default install and that leaves the MySQL
\nserver open for anyone to use.<\/p>\n

To enable networking the user has to edit or delete the
\n\/etc\/sysconfig\/mysqld file.
