Boot the CD or USB, choose the Mini XP option and wait for the Windows desktop to load.<\/p>\n<p>3. Click on the Hiren menu in the system tray and navigate to Passwords \/ Keys -&gt; Product Keys -&gt; ProduKey (Windows Key Viewer).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bd23.https.cdn.softlayer.net\/80BD23\/142.4.51.106\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/hiren-produkey.png\" alt=\"Hiren ProduKey\" data-lazy-loaded=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. When Produkey loads press<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>F9<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>to open the Select Source window. Click on the second option down \u201cLoad the product keys of external Windows installations from all disks currently plugged to your computer\u201d and then click<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bd23.https.cdn.softlayer.net\/80BD23\/142.4.51.106\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/hiren-produkey21.png\" alt=\"load the product keys of external Windows\" data-lazy-loaded=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Windows and Office keys will then be displayed for you to write down or save to a text file.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bd23.https.cdn.softlayer.net\/80BD23\/142.4.51.106\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/hiren-produkey3.png\" alt=\"ProduKey\" data-lazy-loaded=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Joshua\u2019s Key Reader is also present in the menu as \u201cXP Key Reader \/ Changer\u201d and can also read Vista and 7 keys.
