Here are the instructions on how I installed access97 and sql server tools<\/p>\n
install access97 from Office 97 cd to c:\\program files\\Microsoft Office97.
\n note this is a custom install, selecting only access97 and data tools.
\ninstall office XP custom install … do not install access and do not remove access97
\n do not change install directory c:\\program files\\Microsoft Office.
\ninstall catt from p:\\cattinstall\\cattsql.exe
\nrun updatesql
\nrun cattsql, made sure this runs.<\/p>\n
Next installed SQL Server Tools. This is installed from Disk 2 of the Small Business Server 2000 cd’s. Installed clients tools, following standard prompts. I was able to connect to sbserver with the enterprise manager, so it looks ok.<\/p>\n
make sure shuller has admin access to the box..<\/p>\n
