It is named the same as your Outlook profile name, has the extension nk2, and is located here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows XP: C:\\Documents and Settings\\(Username)\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Windows Vista \/ Windows 7: C:\\Users\\(Username)\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Outlook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Outlook 2010: Beginning with Outlook 2010, the nickname file cache is no longer stored in a separate Outlook NK2 file. It is stored as part of your mail profile, and the files are now located here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows XP: C:\\Documents and Settings\\(Username)\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\RoamCache<\/li>\n<li>Windows Vista \/ Windows 7: C:\\Users\\(Username)\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Outlook\\RoamCache<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Outlook 2010 extension is .dat and the naming format is: Stream_Autocomplete_0_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.dat ( the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is a random string).<\/p>\n<h2>Import nk2 File into Outlook 2010<\/h2>\n<p>Outlook 2010 no longer uses a nk2 file.
